You’re busy. Would you like to find a tender (or tenders) yourself, or would you prefer to ask a qualified expert to take on this fiddly task on your behalf?
How Do You Spend YOUR Evenings or Your Spare Time?
Perhaps you’ve subscribed to a procurement portal.
After all, it’s super-easy: just put in some basic information and your email address. And then wait for the emails to come in – which they will. In their droves. But, given that there are more than 100 available portals, you may not know where to start. Possibly, you come home from work and log on for your “second shift” – sorting through newly released contracts.
Similarly, your sector may be seasonal, with an influx of emails during the summer or in the New Year.
You don’t really have to do all this, you know.
With payments from just £45 per month, Tender Response will look for public sector contracts in your area and, if you set up your notifications to forward to us, send you a daily email. This process is incredibly useful: even if you’re on more than one framework or portal, you’ll never miss an opportunity.
More is more. As well as our expertise in helping you find a tender, we could take things further with our Tender Reader, Tender Writer and Grants Finder services.
Rather than a scatter-gun approach, we can focus your mind, with an easy introduction to our services.
You’ll receive regular notifications from Tender Response with a shortlist of opportunities that could be of interest to you.
Let’s save some time, and add piles of value.
This is the same Tender Service, but with more. As part of your onboarding process with us, we’ll agree on your ideal client types. Also, we’ll evaluate the risks and advantages of what you offer to establish which contracts you can service effectively.
In effect, we do some early triage for you, qualifying and filtering in or out what could work for you and your public sector prospect. Equally, what won’t.
With a monthly email notification, this is the perfect introductory service for your business.
Fortnightly notifications are ideal for businesses looking for tenders and new contracts

If you already have a tender and are looking for some bid writing or content writing support, check out our Tender Write service.
Here at Tender Response, we can support you in writing responses to one question or the complete bid response.
There is no minimum commitment and you are able to cancel at any time. We would advise to give the process 6 months as some contracts can take time to become available.

Yes we can. We will arrange for a video call, screen share and complete the application together. The passwords can be managed by you directly or entrusted to us to manage on your behalf through our secure password sharing tool.
We don’t charge separately for portal management. This will be included as part of the Tender Write Fees. We can download and share tender packs with you as part of your Tender Finder subscription.
Tender Response recognises that your tender submission is time-critical so that we will meet all our milestones.
And, your deadline will be set in stone. Depending on your project’s scope and size, we’d like to work closely with you as you need. Proactive contact will keep you on track and up to speed. Don’t forget: it’s an authentic, two-way collaborative process; there’s essential information that we will need from you. It’s a reasonably rigorous progression, but don’t be concerned. Tender Response will do the heavy lifting for you.
