Reading-based Tender Response has revealed that it is expanding its support to suppliers through innovative solutions that address sustainability reporting at both project and company levels.
Recognising the growing need for suppliers to report on how they are managing and offsetting their carbon emissions, Tender Response has developed Green Response, a suite of tools that enable suppliers to develop carbon reduction plans, report on carbon emissions and offset them on either a project-by-project or full company basis through carbon credits.
Vicky Poole, Tender Response director said: “With Green Response, we’re empowering organisations to take proactive steps to reduce their environmental impact, aligning with the increasing demand for sustainable practices across the public sector. Whether you’re looking to make a particular project carbon-neutral or exploring a carbon accounting solution, I’m confident that our Green Response suite can help.”
As part of the service, Tender Response offers reporting options that ensure compliance with the ever-evolving regulations. With contracts valued at £5 million and above already required to submit annual emissions reports, and this threshold dropping to £1 million in 2026, the need for accurate and comprehensive carbon reporting has never been greater. By 2030, all Public Sector contracts will be required to produce annual carbon reporting. To support this, Tender Response is using Notch, the most compliant software available, designed to facilitate seamless reporting for both companies and their subcontractors.
For companies interested in carbon offsetting or carbon credits, Tender Response has partnered with SkootEco, a leading provider of carbon offset certificates. Through Green Response, companies can easily obtain certification for their carbon offset efforts, further enhancing their sustainability credentials.
